In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Failure to provide satisfactory age documentation within 72 hours of the request will result in account suspension and the freezing of any pending withdrawal.

Where abv999 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be underage, the platform may immediately suspend the account, freeze any balance, and initiate a formal age verification review. If the review confirms underage access, all deposits will be returned and all winnings forfeited, and the account will be permanently closed.

3.1 Registration

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the abv999 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts associated with the same individual are identified, abv999 reserves the right to close all such accounts without notice and forfeit any bonus funds held within them. 3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your abv999 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. abv999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, and Meezan Bank internet banking. All deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

4.1 Minimum Deposit

4.2 Deposit Processing

4.3 Deposit Funding Requirements

All funds deposited to abv999 must be owned by you and obtained from lawful sources. You must not deposit funds that are connected to criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud. abv999 reserves the right to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities in accordance with its obligations under international anti-money laundering standards.

Withdrawal requests on abv999 may be submitted at any time via the withdrawal section of the account dashboard. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) and must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching your abv999 account details.

5.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

5.4 Withdrawal Destination

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

6.2 Wagering Requirements

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is detected, abv999 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals, and permanently close the account.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period, stated in the promotion terms. If the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within the stated expiry window, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

All bets and wagers placed on abv999 — whether on sports events (including cricket, PSL, tennis, football, and UFC), live casino games, or slot titles — are subject to these Terms and the specific rules applicable to each game or market. 7.1 Bet Acceptance

abv999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after a sports event has commenced without the player's awareness of the result, bets placed on markets affected by technical errors, and bets that appear to exploit pricing errors in the odds display.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games on abv999 and are displayed within each game interface or market. abv999 reserves the right to apply account-level betting limits at any time without prior notice, particularly where a player's betting pattern falls outside normal parameters.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by abv999 where: a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned under conditions specified in the applicable sports betting rules; a technical fault affects the game outcome; an obvious error in odds or game configuration is identified; or any other circumstance arises that renders the bet result unreliable or unfair. Voided bets are returned to the player's real money balance.

7.4 Final Settlement

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the abv999 platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at any stage.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software, exploits, or collusion with other players.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to interact with the abv999 platform without express written authorisation.
• Exploiting pricing errors, technical faults, or software vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Depositing funds obtained from criminal activity or using the platform for money laundering purposes.

• Sharing your abv999 account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to access your account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward abv999 support staff or other players.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit abv999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. abv999's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to abv999 in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

abv999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Discovery of underage gambling or provision of false age documentation.
• Detection of duplicate accounts or multiple account abuse.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed against abv999 in bad faith.
• Player request for self-exclusion.
